Alfondia connects qualified business demand from the GCC with relevant companies and capabilities in Europe. Depending on the enquiry, Alfondia's activities may include sourcing and supplier discovery, partner identification, market access, qualified business introductions, distribution opportunities, private-label and manufacturing partnerships, targeted business delegations, and related business-development services. The specific scope of any engagement depends on the enquiry and is not fixed by these Terms.

Business Introductions and Opportunities

Where appropriate, Alfondia may introduce a GCC business to a European company, or a European company to a GCC business, based on the information available to Alfondia at the time. Alfondia may assess, qualify, decline, or discontinue an enquiry or opportunity at its discretion, including where it does not appear to be a genuine, relevant, or well-matched fit. An introduction is a starting point for direct discussion between the parties, not a commitment on Alfondia's part to any particular outcome.

No Guarantee of Commercial Outcomes

Alfondia does not guarantee that any enquiry will result in an introduction, that any introduction will result in a meeting, discussion, or ongoing relationship, or that any of these will result in a commercial agreement, transaction, distribution arrangement, investment, or sale. Any decision to proceed with, and the terms of, a commercial relationship between introduced parties is a matter between those parties alone. Alfondia is not a party to any commercial agreement between introduced companies unless it explicitly agrees in writing to a specific role in that agreement.

Information Provided by Users

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to Alfondia, including through the Contact form, and for keeping it up to date where relevant to an ongoing enquiry. Alfondia relies on the information you provide to assess and manage an enquiry or opportunity, and may ask follow-up questions to do so.
